Environmental Social Governance (ESG) criteria has long been synonymous with an ethical and sustainable approach to production activities, whether as part of the real economy, processes and production or of products related to finance.

In the real economy and particularly in Real Estate ventures, the ESG approach has brought to light many aspects of good practice already in the sector most notably regarding the environment. There are conceptual, procedural and supply chain short falls however, in the social and governance spheres of projects.
